TR series red light laser tube is a coaxial red light indicating CO2 laser tube developed and produced by SPT Laser. In laser processing, it has the functions of red light preview and red light positioning.
At the same time, during the correction of the optical path by the lens, the laser transmission path can be accurately visually inspected, making the optical path adjustment more accurate and convenient, and safer to use.

STEP 1
Place the laser tube on the mounts of the laser cutter. Note that the label of the laser tube needs to be upwards. Do the fixing with the fixing strap on both sides.
STEP 2
Connect the high voltage line of the laser power supply to the terminal of the high voltage end of the laser tube, and connect the negative line to the terminal of the negative voltage. Lightly press the cap (that is made of plastic and used to prevent electric shock) to fix it.
Then connect the laser tube’s water inlet and outlet with the chiller respectively.
STEP 3
Connect the power. The voltage of the two wires of the CO2 laser tube with red pointer is +5 V and -5 V respectively. Note that the order cannot be reversed when connecting wires.
STEP 4
Turn on the laser power supply after finishing connection. The red light emitting from the laser tube is activated, the machine reset, and water starts entering the laser tube. Now you need to wait until the water fully fills the water cooling tube and there are no bubbles in it. And then you can turn on the laser power supply to generate laser beams.
