2. Visual inspection. Open the machine cover and turn on the power to adjust the current to the normal engraved position, press the test switch to observe the color of the laser tube. If shows pink color, it indicates the gas inside the laser is okay. If it is white, you should replace the laser tube.

3. Wipe the lens and adjust the light, if the focal length is good, you can continue to use the laser tube;

The first step is to adjust the laser current to less than 8mA (50%), makes the laser power is not too strong;

Put the dimming paper in front of the first mirror, press the "Spot shot" button (lightly press then release immediately, just can see the laser spot on the dimming paper that is okay), See if the spot on the first mirror(spot on middle is best).If the laser beam has not shot on the mirror or shot deviate, you need to adjust the location of the first mirror mount or laser tube. Makes the height meet the requirement.


The third step, the laser path adjustment between the first mirror and the second mirror.

Firstly put the paper in front of the second mirror, move the laser guide rail to the upper left corner, press the shot button to see the position of the laser spot. Then move the laser guide rail to the left bottom, press the shot button to see whether the two spots coincide in position.

If the both laser spots are coincide and the spot position within the mirror, it means that the laser path between the first mirror and the second mirror is correct. If they are not coincident, that need to adjust the screw on the primary mirror mount behind the first mirror.Put two spots together, then adjust the up, down, left, and right (X direction) position of the primary mirror mount. Makes the laser light from the first mirror reflected into the second mirror(reflect to middle).
