1. check the laser mirror and focus lens whether it is dirty. If it is dirty, please immediately Clean it with alcohol;
2. Check the ammeter output, check the laser tube power. Take 80W as an example, if the power is 100%, the ammeter output should be around 20mA. If the current does not reach 10mA, it proves that the laser power supply is fault. If it can reach more than 18mA, that menas the laser tube is deterioration, it is time to be replaced.
3. Maintain the laser tube well, this can greatly extend the life of the laser tube.
