Gas leaking is a relatively common problem in the use of CO2 laser tube. This time, we bring you the method to check if the laser tube is gas leaking.

First, ensure that the laser power supply can work properly, and then open the chiller. When the tube is full of water and no bubbles, you can shoot laser for testing.
Press the laser power test button (TEST)
If the laser tube does not produce light, but there is a "pop" firing sound, it means that the laser tube has gas leak problem.

There is light in the laser tube, but when the laser hit the test cardboard, there’s no laser burn marks. This means that the laser tube has been gas-leaking (Under normal circumstances, there’s light in the laser tube and the testing with cardboard at the light exit is normal)
Check if the laser tube is gas-leaking by color (as shown in the picture below)
