First of all, the most common reason for the the failure is the improper optical path, so please consider the optical path as thge reason first.
Recommendations for the best setting of the optical path: The light spots of the third reflector all fall at the same point on the four corners of the workbench.
Under the normal working condition of the laser, move the third mirror to the lower right corner of the worktable.
Place the acrylic plate in front of the third mirror, perpendicular to the laser beam. Press the button briefly multiple times and observe the shape of the light spot. Under normal conditions, the spot is a solid circle. If the spot is abnormal, send the test video to the after-sales staff.
If the light spot is normal, you can try the following steps (you can compare the unqualified light spot patterns, it is recommended to save the collection)
Check the laser tube lens, the first/second/third reflection lens and the focus lens for damage or contamination.
If the lens is stained, use a cotton swab dipped in absolute ethanol or a dedicated lens cleaning solution to wipe clean in the same direction.
Under normal circumstances, the laser tube is pink. If white or abnormal color is found, take a video and send it to after-sales personnel.
